Crystal Lake Announces Close of Private Placement
NEWS RELEASE
November 15, 2016 Symbol:-TSX-V:CLM CRYSTAL LAKE ANNOUNCES CLOSE OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Crystal Lake Mining Corporation (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has closed the non-brokered private placement previously announced on October 21, 2016. The Company has issued 115,000 units (“Units”) for gross proceeds of $40,250. Each Unit consists of one common share issued at $0.35 per share, and one-half common share purchase warrant (each whole share purchase warrant being a “Warrant”). Each Warrant may be exercised by the holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of $0.50 for 24-months from closing.
The proceeds of this private placement will be used to advance exploration activities at the Company’s Canadian properties and for general working capital.
No finder’s fees were paid.
All securities issued are subject to a four-month hold period expiring March 8, 2017.
