SKY RIDGE RESOURCES LTD. ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTION GRANT

Vancouver, BC, Canada – October 8, 2015 – Sky Ridge Resources Ltd. (TSXV: SYR.H) (the "Company") reports that pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan, a total of 675,000 stock options have been granted to directors, officers, consultants and charitable organizations of the Company at an exercise price of $0.10 per share, exercisable for a period of ten years, subject to regulatory approval.
