New  Management  

Vancouver,  B.C.  –  The  Company  (Midasco  Capital  Corp.  –  TSX-­‐V  Symbol  MGC)  wishes  to  announce that   due   to   personal   reasons   Mr.   Dustin   Elford   has   resigned   as   President   and   a   Director   of   the Company  effective  today.  We  wish  to  thank  Mr.  Elford  for  his  years  of  service  and  wish  him  well.  Mr. Pettigrew   will   assume   the   role   of   President   and   Mr.   Ryan   Cheung   will   be   appointed   the   new   Chief Financial   Officer.     Mr.   Cheung   brings   a   wealth   of   knowledge   in   both   corporate   financial   reporting compliance,  and  serves  as  a  director  and/or  senior  officer  for  other  public  companies  listed  on  the  TSX Venture  and  the  Canadian  Securities  Exchange.

We  also  would  like  to  welcome  the  appointment  of  Ms.  Donna  Moroney  to  the  Board  of  Directors.  Ms. Moroney  has  over  30  years  of  experience  in  regulatory  and  corporate  compliance  in  both  Canada  and the   United   States,   and   as   a   senior   officer   of   various   public   companies.   As   President   of   Wiklow Corporate   Services   Inc.,   she   assists   companies   in   the   resource,   financial   and   technology   sectors   in maintaining  the  securities  and  exchange  demands  on  public  companies,  as  well  as  keeping  them  up-­‐to-­‐ date  on  relevant  issues,  policies  and  working  practices.
