Damon Change of Officers and Directors

May 22, 2015 – Damon Capital Corp. (the "Company") (NEX Trading Symbol: DAM.H) is pleased to announce that effective May 21, 2015, Richard Barnett, CPA, CGA, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and a Director of the Company, taking the place of Yenyou (Jeff) Zheng, who has resigned as CFO and a Director, and Joseph Charland, who has resigned from the position of Secretary.

Damon wishes to thank Mr. Zheng for his service as the Company’s CFO, Secretary and Director over the past four years.

Mr. Barnett obtained his accounting designation in September 2008, and serves as CFO of a diversified list of public and private companies. The Company welcomes the expertise of Mr. Barnett as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, as well as to the Board of Directors.

For clarification, the Company’s Officers and Directors are now comprised as follows:
