SWIFT RESOURCES APPOINTS DEAN HUMPHREYS TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

September 22, 2016 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Swift Resources Inc. (the “Company” or “Swift”) (TSXV: SWR.H) is pleased to announce that Dean Humphreys has been appointed as a director of the Company effective immediately. Mr. Humphreys holds a Bachelor of Science, and a Masters of Business Administration, and serves as a director of several public companies. Mr. Humphreys will serve as an independent board member and as a member of the Company’s audit committee.

Mr. Humphreys replaces Michael Elson who has resigned from the board of directors to pursue other endeavours. Mr. Elson joined the Board in 2008 and also previously served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
