Victory Ventures Appoints Howard Milne Non‐executive Chairman of the Board and Amends Copau Property Option Agreement

VICTORY VENTURES APPOINTS HOWARD MILNE NON‐EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD  AND AMENDS COPAU PROPERTY OPTION AGREEMENT 

Victory Ventures Inc. (the “Company”) is pleased to report that the board of directors has appointed Howard Milne as non‐executive Chairman of the Board.  Mr. Milne has been a director of the Company since its inception and has been instrumental in the Company’s development to date.

In addition, the Company has been successful in re‐negotiating option terms contained in its definitive agreement  with  the  vendor  of  the  Copau  Property,  located  in  the  Iskut  district  of  northern  British Columbia.

The second year anniversary payment due on or before January 17, 2014 has been amended to consist of the issuance of 100,000 common shares, a cash payment of $5,000 (deferring the balance of $20,000 until January 17, 2015) and the deferral of the aggregated $300,000 expenditure requirement on the Property to January 17, 2015. The Company has spent in excess of $200,000 on the Copau Property to date.  Management wishes to thank the vendor of the Copau Property for his support in amending the Copau Property Option Agreement.

The  Company  had  planned  to  return  to  the  Property  by  early  August,  to  carry  out  a  diamond  drill program to test the prominent northwest trending magnetic anomaly, which is present for at least 800 meters in length and 200‐300 meters in width, with pronounced strengthening of the anomaly at its northwest extent and open beyond the existing grid area. The drill program has been postponed due to the scarcity of a helicopter in the Iskut area. Management intends to carry out further drilling in the coming months, as soon as a helicopter becomes available.
