DV RESOURCES CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

DV Resources Inc. (“Company”) announces that it has closed the private placement sale of 4,000,000 Units – which was accepted for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange September 9, 2014, and was described in the Company’s Press Release dated August 19, 2014. The Units were sold on a nonbrokered basis for a price of $0.05 per share – from which the Company received proceeds of $200,000.

Each Unit consists of one share of the Company and one warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional share for $0.10 until September 30, 2015.

The shares included in the Units, and any shares issued pursuant to the exercise of the warrants, will be subject to a non-trading holding period expiring January 21, 2015.
