GoldON Resources Issues Interest Shares

VICTORIA, BC, August 4, 2015 – GoldON Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: GLD) announces that it will, subject to regulatory acceptance, issue 101,682 common shares at a price of $0.05 per share to Trelawney Mining and Exploration Inc. (“Trelawney”) in payment of $5,084.08 of semiannual interest accrued pursuant to its February 2014 promissory note. The interest shares are subject to a four-month hold period.
