Auramex Resource Corp. (the “Company”) announces with regret that long time director Dr. Robert (Bob) Lee passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2013. Bob was a director and past President of Auramex, and represented many of the Company’s long term shareholders.

Bob will be greatly missed by the Company’s management and directors.
