Appointment of Directors and Grant of Stock Options

APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS AND GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS 

Victory Ventures Inc. (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Greg Thomson has resigned as a member of the board of directors.  The Company thanks Greg for his contribution to the Company.

The Company has appointed Mr. Marty Bastedo in Mr. Thomson’s stead, as well as Mr. James Place as an  additional  director.    Both  Mr.  Bastedo  and  Mr.  Place  have  previously  served  as  advisors  to  the Company.

Mr. Bastedo has been a Chartered Professional Accountant in British Columbia since 2004, auditing and advising  to  public  and  private  entities  across  a  broad  spectrum  of  industries  including  resource exploration, technology and financial services.  His 15 years in Vancouver professional services firms and consulting with clientele of various sizes brings a wealth of regulatory and financial knowledge.  In 2006, Mr. Bastedo became a registered Certified Public Accountant in Illinois, USA.

Mr.  Place  is  a  registered  Professional  Geoscientist  (P.Geo.)  in  the  Province  of  BC  (1992)  and  in  this function  has  worked  for  government  and  private  industry  as  a  consultant  for  24  years  including engineering  groups,  environmental  assessment  specialists,  and  private  industrial  mineral  developers. He has more than 30 years of experience providing support to government and private organizations carrying out construction and mining operations including property assessment, project planning and management, supervision, and administration for all types of engineering and development projects.

The  Company  has  granted  incentive  stock  options  to  directors,  officers  and  advisors  to  purchase  an aggregate of up to 1,190,000 common shares at $0.05 per share for a two year period.
