Rock Tech Announces Change in Board of Directors

Management Changes

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, September 14, 2016 – Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (TSX-Venture: RCK) (the “Company” or “Rock Tech”) is pleased to announce the appointment, effective September 13, 2016, of Mr. Brad Barnett to the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Barnett currently serves as the Company’s chief financial officer.

Further, the Company announces the resignation of Dr. Christian Schlag from the board, effective September 13, 2016.

“Based on his profound knowledge of the Company’s Georgia Lake asset, we are pleased that Dr. Schlag will continue to advise the company as a technical consultant,” said Dirk Harbecke, the Company’s chairman.
