QMC Quantum Minerals Corp. Announces Director Changes

October 8, 2014 Vancouver, British Columbia: QMC Quantum Minerals Corp., (TSX.v: QMC) (FSE: 3LQ) (OTC PINK: QMCQF) (“QMC” or "the Company"), today announced the appointment of Anthony Zelen as a director of the Company.

Mr. Zelen is owner of Synergy Communications Inc. which has provided marketing and communication services to public companies since 2006. Previously he was a commercial realtor with Royal LePage Commercial Inc. (now Cushman & Wakefield LePage Inc.). Mr. Zelen began his professional career in marketing and communications at Veritas Communications Inc. in 1997.

Mr. Zelen is a director of Fitch Street Capital Corp. (FSC.H) and has served on the board of directors of several companies traded on the TSX Venture Exchange.

In addition the Company announces that Mr. Harvey Stark has resigned as a director. QMC thanks Mr. Stark for his contributions and wishes him well in his other endeavors.
