Galaxy Graphite Corp. Announces 4:1 Share Consolidation and Name Change
January 28, 2015 Vancouver, British Columbia - Galaxy Graphite Corp. (“Galaxy”) (GXY/TSX.V) has called a special meeting of shareholders which will be held on February 23, 2015 in order to consider and if thought fit to pass special resolutions which would give effect to a 4 to 1 share consolidation and a change of the Company’s name to “Global Copper Group Inc.”.
The share consolidation and name change are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and will become effective on the date coordinated with the TSX Venture Exchange once approval has been received.
