Cariboo Gold Mines PLC (“Cariboo”) (J16–GR), and Alix are in advanced-stage negotiations with regards to Cariboo optioning into the Company’s Golden Granite Project located in Yavapai County, Arizona, as well as Cariboo obtaining an equity interest in Alix.
