FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (TSX V Symbol: AUX) December 5, 2013

Auramex Resource Corp. (the “Company”) announces that Paul Metcalfe, PhD., P.Geo. has accepted the position of Vice President Exploration.

The directors of Auramex welcome the addition of Paul to the Company’s management team.

Paul has worked as a geologist since 1977 and in northwestern B.C. since 1988. His experience with gold deposits in the Stewart area provides an excellent background for understanding of the geology of the Georgie River property, the Tide North property and other occurrences within the Company’s wholly owned 25,000 hectare Bear River/Surprise Creek land package.

Prior to his appointment, Paul had written three Technical Reports covering the Company’s Stewart, B.C. properties. These can be viewed on SEDAR and on the Company website (www.auramex.com). The extensive amount of research entailed in writing these reports will contribute not only to future work on these properties but also in discussions with potential J.V. partners and financiers.
