ANTLER HILL ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Calgary, Alberta - Antler Hill Oil & Gas Ltd. (TSXV – “AHO.H”) (the “Corporation”) announces the results from its 2016 Special Meeting of Shareholders. At the meeting, the shareholders approved a special resolution authorizing the board of directors of the Corporation to amend the Articles of Incorporation to complete a share consolidation of up to a maximum of one for ten (1:10) (the “Consolidation”). The Consolidation is expected to be completed immediately prior to completion of the Corporation’s proposed Qualifying Transaction with PetroPhoenix Capital Corp., as previously disclosed in a news release dated September 19, 2016.
