CONFEDERATION MINERALS LTD. GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Vancouver, B.C.; Confederation Minerals Ltd. (“Confederation” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: CFM) is pleased to announce that it has granted 250,000 non-transferable stock options (each an “Option”) to Milestone Media AG, a Swiss corporation engaged by the Company to provide consulting services. Each option entitles Milestone Media to purchase one common share from the Company at a price of $0.60 per share. The options will be subject to vesting in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and the Company’s Stock Option Plan and shall be exercisable until the earlier of the date which is two years from the date of grant and the date which is 30 days following the date of termination of the services of the contractor.
