Volatus Capital Corp. (“VC” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide the following corporate updates.
Change in Directors and Officers
VC announces changes to its board of directors (“Board”). Sorin Posescu has resigned as a director; and each of Jason Cubitt and Chafika Eddine have been appointed to the Company’s Board effective immediately.
Mr. Cubitt has 25 years of experience working with resource companies in various capacities as founder, finance agent and institutional investor. Mr. Cubitt is currently a management consultant with a number of public and private companies in the natural resource sector. He is a director of Discovery Harbour Resources Corp. He previously served as director of investments for Vertus Investment Advisory; and was a co-founder, director and dealing representative for Ascenta Finance Corp., a Canadian registered exempt market dealer.
Ms. Eddine has worked and lived in South, Central and North America and Europe, managing multi-site projects for the natural resources industry, from pre-acquisition (due diligence) to closure. She is a consultant on the areas of Sustainability, Governance and Legal, and previously was the Vice President Corporate Affairs for Bear Creek Mining Corp. and in charge of Corporate Social Responsibility affairs for Hudbay Minerals. Ms. Eddine holds a Master degree in Community Development (UVic), a Bachelor of Laws (Brazilian Bar) and is a certified Project Manager Professional. Her Board experience includes attending and chairing meetings (Board and Auditing, Reputational, Environmental, Health & Safety, Security, Social steering committees).
The Company also announces the appointment of Rachel Chae as Chief Financial Officer and Arielle Morgan as Corporate Secretary of the Company following the resignation of Mark Lotz as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary.

Change of Head Office
The Company announces its head office has moved from Suite 200 - 551 Howe Street, Vancouver, British Columbia to Suite 1100 - 595 Howe Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
