Alexander Nubia Announces Appointment of Mr. James Leahy to the Board of Advisors

Management Changes

October 28, 2015 - Alexander Nubia International Inc. (TSX-V: AAN) (the “Company” or “Alexander Nubia”) is very pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. James Leahy to its Advisory Board. Mr. Leahy’ appointment greatly increases the depth of business, financing and corporate experience at the Company and is a very timely addition as the Company advances its Egyptian projects, including the Abu Marawat and Hamama deposits.

Mr. Leahy

Mr. Leahy has spent the past 29 years within the mining industry as a specialist corporate broker, including mining finance, origination and equity sales. He has worked on a wide range of projects worldwide across industrial minerals, precious metals, copper, diamonds, coal, and uranium and iron ore. Mr. Leahy has substantial experience with international institutional fund managers, hedge funds and sector specialists. Over the years Mr. Leahy has been involved in many IPOs and a large number of primary and secondary placings, as well as developing junior companies through to production and beyond. Mr. Leahy is currently a director of Bacanora and Geiger Counter Limited.

Mr. Leahy joins the Company at a key time in its development, as the exploration work continues to expand the strike and scope of the Hamama Project VMS system and the economic outlook in Egypt continues to improve with major foreign investments underway. Mr. Leahy’s appointment expands to three, the existing Board of Advisors of R. “Tookie” Angus and Ian Stalker.
