Correction to effective date of stock options

Correction Regarding Option Grant

Vancouver, British Columbia, October 6, 2022. Lexston Life Sciences Corp. (the “Company”) (CSE: LEXT) (OTCQB: LEXTF) announces the following correction to its news release dated October 3, 2022.

The effective date of the grant of 3,000,000 stock options of the Company announced on October 3, 2022 is October 5, 2022. The expiry date of these options is October 5, 2027.
