ALTO APPOINTS NEW CFO AND ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Vancouver, B.C., February 3, 2015. Alto Ventures Ltd. (ATV: TSX-V) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeannine Webb, CPA (CGA) as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer effective February 1, 2015 to replace Robert Anderson who resigned as CFO effective January 31, 2015. Jeannine Webb has over 25 years of experience in the mineral exploration sector, and served as Director, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for various private, junior “small cap” domestic and international public companies. She has a wide range of skills on financial management and regulatory reporting, and currently serves as CFO and Corporate Secretary for several Canadian TSX Venture companies with operations in Canada and the US. Mr. Robert Anderson, the Company’s former Chief Financial Officer resigned due to his other significant work commitments and the Board of Directors wish to thank Rob for his contributions to the Company while serving as CFO.
Also, in an effort to reduce the Company’s overhead costs and preserve capital for use in the exploration of its properties, Alto has moved into more cost effective office space at:
