Shares Issued to Macquarie, Expiration and Exercise of Share Purchase Warrants

Vancouver, B.C.: Bell Copper Corporation (“Bell Copper” or the “Company”) (TSX-V Symbol: BCU) announces that the Company will issue to Macquarie Bank for the period ended May 31, 2010 common shares of the Company based on the volume weighted average price (“VWAP”) for the last 5 trading days of the month as follows:

Interest due for May 2010 and payable in shares is $50,616.11 o number of shares issued is 202,870 shares at a VWAP of $0.2495 per share o

The issuance of these common shares is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.

The Company further announces the exercise and expiration of warrants exercisable into Bell Copper common shares:

1,743,000 warrants were exercised at an exercise price of $0.20 per common share o 3,948,878 warrants, in the aggregate, expired on June 5 and June 11, 2010 o
