ALTO GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS
Vancouver, B.C., October 30, 2012. Alto Ventures Ltd. (ATV: TSX-V) announces that, in accordance with the Company’s stock option plan, it has granted to directors, officers, employees and consultants, incentive stock options to purchase up to an aggregate of 386,000 common shares exercisable on or before October 30, 2017 at a price of $0.10 per share. The options granted to certain directors, officers and insiders are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange as well as shareholder approval which will be sought at the Company’s Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on December 14, 2012.
In connection with the issuance of these options, the Company has cancelled a like number of options which were granted on December 18, 2009, November 15, 2010, January 17, 2011 and May 31, 2011 and were exercisable at $1.00.
