I, James A. McCrea, P. Geo., do hereby consent to the public filing, with the regulatory

authorities referred to above, of the technical report titled “NI43-101 Technical Report on

the Niñobamba Au-Ag Project, Districts of Vinchos, Chuschi and Paras, Provinces of

Humanga and Cangallo, Department of Ayacucho, Peru” and, dated, January 21, 2025

(the "Technical Report") by African Energy Metals Inc. (“NEX: CUCO.H” with the TSX

Venture Exchange under its applicable policies and forms in connection with the option

agreement described in the January 19th, 2025 news release where African Energy

Metals Inc. ( TSXV:RYO)has entered an option agreement with Rio Silver Inc. (

TSXV:RYO) (“Rio Silver”) (the “Option Agreement”) for African Energy Metals to earn

a 100% interest in Rio Silver’s Niñobamba advanced silver gold project (the “Project”)

located in the Department of Ayacucho 500 kms southwest of Lima, Peru., to be entered

into by the Issuer and I acknowledge that the Technical Report will become part of the

Issuer's public record.
