(Frankfurt: 4RZ) (“Tarachi” or the “Company”) announces that Mr. Cameron Tymstra, the Company’s

CEO, was elected to the Board of Directors by its shareholders at its Annual General Meeting held on

February 20, 2024. He will replace Mr. Brian Goss who did not stand for re-election. The Company would

like to thank Mr. Goss for his time and wishes him all of the best in his future endeavors.
