WINDFIRE APPLIES TO TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE FOR WAIVER

August 31, 2015 - Windfire Capital Corp. (WIF.H:NEX) (“Windfire”) announces that, further to its News Releases of July 21, 2015 and July 23, 2015, wherein it announced the terms of the letter of intent dated July 21, 2015, with DMiner Asset Management Inc. (“DMiner”), it has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for a discretionary waiver of the shareholder approval requirement set out in Section 4.1 of Policy 5.2.
