EDISON COBALT ANNOUNCES ANNUAL MEETING RESULTS

Vancouver, British Columbia – May 3, 2019 – Edison Cobalt Corp (“Edison Cobalt” or the "Company") TSX-V: “EDDY) is pleased to announce that all resolutions tabled at the Company`s annual general meeting (“AGM”) held on May 2, 2019, were approved by the shareholders.

All incumbent directors being Jeffrey Cocks, Howard Milne, Chris Hobbs and Neil Pettigrew were reelected. Following the AGM, the board of directors re-appointed Neil Pettigrew as CEO and President and Chris Hobbs as CFO and Corporate Secretary. Former director, James Place, did not stand for re-election. The Company would like to thank Jim for his dedicated service as a director and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
