AMENDMENT TO STOCK OPTION EXERCISE PRICES 

Victory  Ventures  Inc.  (TSX‐V:  VVN)  (the  "Company")  announces  that  it  has  received  shareholder approval and acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange to amend existing stock option grant exercise prices from $0.10 and $0.15 per share to $0.05 per share.
