ASTORIUS TO DO $36,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

Astorius Resources Ltd. ("Astorius") is pleased to announce that it is undertaking – and has secured an agreement for – a non-brokered private placement financing by the issuance of 450,000 Units at a price of $0.08 per Unit – from which Astorius will receive proceeds of $36,000. Each Unit will consist of one (1) share and one-half (½) of a share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one (1) additional share of Astorius at a price of $0.12 for 18 months following the Closing of the placement.

The new financing is to provide the Company with additional operating capital. It is subject to acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.
