NORSEMONT ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Vancouver, B.C., November 17, 2023 – Norsemont Mining Inc. (CSE: NOM, OTCPink: NRRSF, FWB:

LXZ1) (“Norsemont” or the “Company”) announced that Mr. Patrick Burns, due to personal reasons,

has resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Marc Levy, CEO of Norsemont said, “We would like to thank Patrick for his hard work and dedication in

advancing the Choquelimpie project since 2022 and wish him the very best in his future endeavors. We

look forward to his continued involvement, as a technical advisor to the company on an as-needed

basis.”
