Canadian International Minerals Inc. (the “Company”) (CIN – TSX Venture) is pleased to announce that it has closed its private placement of 1,930,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit for total gross proceeds of $96,500. Each unit consists of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant, each warrant exercisable into one additional common share until May 7, 2018, at a price of $0.05 per share.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used to extinguish certain debt and for general working capital.

All securities issued pursuant to the placement are subject to regulatory hold periods expiring September 8, 2015.
