TSX-V FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF QUALIFYING TRANSACTION AND RESUMPTION OF TRADING
VANCOUVER, BC, April 25, 2011 – JBZ Capital Inc. (TSX-V: JBZ.P) (“JBZ”) is pleased to announce today that the TSX Venture Exchange has granted its final acceptance of JBZ’s qualifying transaction (as that term is defined in Exchange Policy 2.4 concerning capital pool companies), whereby JBZ acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Strata Minerals Limited pursuant to a previously announced share purchase agreement.
As a result, effective at market open on Tuesday, April 26, 2011, the Company expects to resume trading under the trading symbol “JBZ” and, accordingly, the Company will no longer be considered a capital pool company within the meaning of Exchange Policy 2.4.
