is pleased to announce that it has granted

incentive stock options to three consultants to purchase an aggregate of 250,000 common shares at

a price of $5.51 per share for a 5-year period, in accordance with its Stock Option Plan. Included in

this option grant are 200,000 options for the Company's exploration manager who is a deemed

Insider of the Company. The options will vest 30% after year one, 30% after year two and 40%

after year three.
