Wealth Provides Corporate Update

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE......Vancouver, British Columbia: Wealth Minerals Ltd. (the “Company” or “Wealth”) - (TSXV: WML, OTCQX: WMLLF; Frankfurt: EJZ), announces changes to its management. Effective May 11, 2011. Mr. Scott Heffernan, P. Geo, resigned as the Vice-President, Exploration of the Company to pursue other opportunities. The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Heffernan for his dedicated oversight of the Company’s exploration programs since 2007, and to wish him well in his future activities.

The Company does not intend to hire a new Vice-President, Exploration at this time. Rather, it is anticipated that Mr. James Dawson, a director of the Company and registered professional engineer with 40 years of hands-on fieldwork experience examining, exploring and evaluating a wide range of geological and mineralized settings around the globe (with a particular emphasis on Latin America), will be primarily responsible for overseeing the Company’s planned exploration activities, particularly in connection with the Valsequillo Silver project in Mexico, which is anticipated to be the Company’s main focus for the balance of 2012.
