PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Auramex Resource Corp. (the “Company”) announces a non-brokered private placement of up to 1,200,000 flow-through shares at $0.05 per share, for proceeds of $60,000. The Company will pay cash finders’ fees of 10% to qualified finders who locate subscribers for the placement.

The proceeds of the financing will be used to conduct exploration work necessary to maintain the Company’s Stewart properties in good standing.

The transaction is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
