ROCHESTER ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Vancouver, British Columbia – November 20, 2013 - Rochester Resources Ltd. (TSXV: RCT and Frankfurt: R5I): (the "Company") announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting of shareholders held on Wednesday, November 20, 2013, Messrs. Eduardo Luna, Nick DeMare, Marc Cernovitch, Joseph Keane, Michael Magrum and Simon Tam were re-elected as directors for the ensuing year. All other items put forth at the meeting were approved by the shareholders.

At a directors meeting held subsequent to the shareholders meeting, the directors appointed Mr. Eduardo Luna as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Nick DeMare as Chairman, Mr. Manuel Silva as Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Harvey Lim as Corporate Secretary.
