Marching Moose Capital Corp. Announces Expiry of Agreement in Principle with Empower Environmental Solutions Ltd.

Vancouver, British Columbia. Marching Moose Capital Corp. ("MMCC" or the "Company"), a capital pool company, announces that the Agreement in Principle MMCC had entered into with Empower Environmental Solutions Ltd. (“Empower”), as announced by News Release posted on SEDAR on November 18, 2015, has expired and could not be renegotiated despite repeated best efforts by both parties.

The parties found difficulty in engaging a brokerage firm that would agree to provide a private placement financing on terms that Empower would accept.

As a result MMCC is now actively seeking a business to acquire as its qualifying transaction.
