GWR Clarifies Brokered Private Placement Units

ARMSTRONG, BRITISH COLUMBIA – GWR Resources Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX Venture: GWQ) wishes to clarify its earlier news release regarding completion of the first tranche of the brokered private placement through Canaccord Genuity Corp.
