The auditor’s report contained in the Original Financial Statements prepared by t amended as the original audit report the year ending December 31, 2014 who expressed an unqualified opinion PricewaterhouseCoopers. The Company wishes to point out that there is no change in any of the reported financial information contained in the consolidated annual financial statements.
