Excalibur Resources Completes Private Placement

Toronto, Excalibur Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) announces that it has completed a private placement of 500,000 Units at $0.12 per Unit for gross proceeds of $60,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant, exercisable at $0.16 per share until March 11, 2012. Proceeds will be applied toward general working capital. The shares, and any shares issued on exercise of the warrants, carry a four month hold period expiring July 12, 2010.

Excalibur Resources Ltd. is a junior exploration mining company focused on the discovery, development and mining of economically viable precious and base metal mineral resources near historic mining camps.
