Killdeer Minerals Announces Change of Auditor

Vancouver – Monday, July 16, 2012 – Killdeer Minerals Inc. – KMI: TSX.V (“Killdeer” or the “Company”) announces that its former auditor, Davidson & Company LLP Chartered Accountants, has resigned on or about July 3, 2012, at the request of the Company, and Saturna Group Chartered Accountants LLP has been appointed as the successor auditor. In accordance with National Instrument 51-102, the Company has filed the Change of Auditor Notice on SEDAR, together with letters from its former auditor and the successor auditor, each confirming that it is in agreement with the statements contained in the notice, as applicable.
