APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

River”) ( CSE: CRVC) (FWB:C6R) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Alex Klenman as Interim Chief
Financial Officer, replacing Alex Tong who has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
