Glorious Creation Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicholas

Luksha as a director of the Company.

Mr. Luksha. has over 15 years’ experience as an owner, director and senior management in real

estate development, construction, asset management, technology and franchising. Mr. Luksha

obtained his BA from Concordia University, and also attended Harvard University for continuing

studies. He has considerable experience providing access to capital for high growth businesses

worldwide.

Mr. Luksha was appointed to partially fill the vacancies created upon the resignations of each of

Ian Mallmann and Alan Foster. The Company extends its thanks to each of Ian and Alan for their

past service to the Company.
