Callinex Announces Appointment of New Director 

VANCOUVER – Callinex Mines Inc. (CNX – TSX.V) (CLLXF – OTCQX) is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter A. Schriber to the Board of Directors.

Mr. Peter A. Schriber graduated with a commerce degree in Switzerland and entered a banking career  in  Switzerland  and  Canada.  Mr.  Schriber  has  extensive  experience  in  merchant  and commercial banking, specializing in corporate finance as well as acting as Director and VP for a Canadian  brokerage  firm.  Since  1999  Mr.  Schriber  has  worked  as  an  independent  financial consultant.
