ASTORIUS RESOURCES ARRANGES $60,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

Astorius Resources Ltd. ("Astorius") is pleased to announce that it has entered into agreements pursuant to which it will sell, by exempt private placement, 6,000,000 Units at a price of $0.01 per Unit – from which it will receive proceeds of $60,000.

Each Unit will consist of one share of the Company and one share purchase warrant. A warrant will be exercisable for a 5 year term to purchase one additional share of the Company for $0.05.

The new financing will be used to pay accounts payable and provide the Company with operating capital. It is subject to acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.
