June 12, 2025 – Coquitlam, BC, Nord Precious Metals Mining Inc., (TSXV: NTH) (OTCQB: CCWOF) (Frankfurt:
4T9B) (the "Company" or "Nord) is providing this bi-weekly update on the status of the management cease
trade order issued May 1, 2025 (the " MCTO") concerning the delay of the filing of its annual financial
statements in respect of its year ended December 31, 2024, its management discussion and analysis relating
to its annual financial statements, and the CEO and CFO certifications (Collectively the “ Annual Filings”) ,
beyond the prescribed deadline of June 30, 2025. Subsequently the Company will also be required to file it
Q1 interim financial statements in respect of its 3 -month period ended March 31, 2025, its management
discussion and analysis relating to its 3-month period, and the CEO and CFO certifications (collectively, the
"Interim Filings.")
The MCTO will stay in effect until both the Annual and Interim Filings are filed and the Company intends to
satisfy the provisions of the alternative information guidelines in accordance with National Policy 12-203 -
Management Cease Trade Orders ("NP 12-203") by issuing bi-weekly default status reports in the form of
news releases until the situation is satisfactorily rectified.
The Company confirms that since the date of the Announcement, (a) other than as described herein, there
have been no changes to the information contained in the Announcement that would reasonably be
expected to be material to shareholders, (b) there have been no failure by the Company in fulfilling its stated
intentions with respect to satisfying the provisions of the alternative information guidelines as set out in
NP 12-203, (c) there has not been any other subsequent specified default by the Company foll owing the
Announcement under NP 12 -203, and (d) there is no other material information concerning the affairs of
the Company that has not been generally disclosed.
The Company and its auditors continue to work diligently toward completing the Annual Filings as soon as
possible and will file its Q1 interim Filings within five days of the Annual filings. The Company confirms that
it intends to satisfy the provisions of NP 12 -203 and will continue to issue bi -weekly MCTO status reports
until the Company files the Required Filings.
