Antimony Resources Corp. (CSE: ATMY) (FSE: K8J0) expands Bald Hill Antimony Property in

New Brunswick Canada With Acquisition of Additional Antimony Ground With Reported

Occurrence of High-Grade Antimony-bearing Stibnite.

Vancouver, Canada – June 6, 2025, Vancouver, BC, - Antimony Resources Corp. (CSE: ATMY) (FSE:

K8J0) (the “Company ” or “Antimony Resources” or “ATMY”) announces the acquisition of over

650 hectares of additional mineral claims west of the Main Zone at Bald Hill Antimony Project in

New Brunswick Canada. The claims were acquired to cover a reported occurrence of high-grade

antinomy-bearing stibnite and to cover indications of geological features similar to Bald Hill

Antimony Property.

Highlights –

NB Claims numbered 11848, 11952 and 11853

1. Claim number 11848 (see Figure 1), adjacent to the existing Bald Hill Antimony property

(Claim 4633) was acquired to cover the occurrence of a high-grade antimony-bearing

stibnite boulder referenced in an Assessment Report submitted by Texas Gulf Sulphur in

1968 (NB Assessment Report number 475737).

2. Claims 11852 and 11853 were acquired west of the above claim block to cover the

possible extension of the area of the high -grade Antimony boulder and to cover a very

prominent NNW-trending linear feature and antimony soil anomaly. This feature trends in

the same direction and is parallel to the Main Zone at the Bald Hill Antimony Deposit and

has a corresponding antimony soil anomaly.

3. Both areas have not been explored in modern times.

An examination of past work reports available at the New Brunswick Geological Survey found

the following quote from Rockport’s 2017 assessment file # 477853:

“Compilation of previous gold-oriented exploration work completed by Maritime

Resource Research Limited (“MRR”) in 1986 and 1987 (New Brunswick Assessment #

473379) indicates a large Antimony soil anomaly ranging up to 1300 ppm antimony, 970

metres in length and up to 360 m wide in the Carpenter Brook area, located 3 km

southwest of main Bald Hill antimony occurrence. The anomaly extends to the limits of

the 1986-87 soil geochemical survey and remains open to the north and south. The soil

anomaly is orientated in an NNW – SSE trend which is similar in orientation to Bald Hill.”

A comment by the author Bill Gardiner in NB Assessment Report #47573 states that… “two

geologists - Dick Mann and Howard Lahti had found an antimony bearing (19% Sb) float

(geological name for a boulder deposited by glaciers) in the 1968-70 period when mapping for

Texasgulf Sulphur”.

The Texas Gulf work was in the area now covered by our recent acquisition.

Further investigation uncovered the following quote from Rockport’s 2017 assessment file # 477853

which seems to have gone unnoticed until now:

“Compilation of previous gold-oriented exploration work completed by Maritime Resource

Research Limited (“MRR”) in 1986 and 1987 (New Brunswick Assessment # 473379) indicates a

large Antimony soil anomaly ranging up to 1300 ppm Sb (chemical symbol for antimony) and is

970 metres in length and up to 360 m wide in the Carpenter Brook area, located 3 km southwest of

main Bald Hill antimony occurrence. The anomaly extends to the limits of the 1986-87 soil geochemical

survey and remains open to the north and south. The soil anomaly is orientated in a NNW – SSE trend

which is similar in orientation to Bald Hill.”

Currently, ATMY has prospecting crews and actively exploring these areas.

Jim Atkinson CEO: “We have identified additional areas of potential to the west of the Bald Hill

Main Zone through examination of NB Assessment Reports from past work and discussion with

local geologists who were working in the area at the time. Their work uncovered antimony-

bearing stibnite mineralization in boulders. We have acquired new claims to cover these areas.

In addition, examination of the LiDAR survey completed by the NB Government also pointed to

an interesting linear feature which appears parallel to the Main Zone at Bald Hill which occurs

on the newly acquired claims and has not been thoroughly explored”

Mr. Atkinson continues: “The addition of these claims adds to the potential of the Bald Hill

Antimony Property to host a significant antimony deposit, and we will continue to diligently

explore that possibility. We have prospecting crews actively working in the area.”

ATMY has also decided to drop its option on the Antimony 2.0 project in New Brunswick to

concentrate on its Bald Hill Antimony Project.

ATMY is also pleased to announce that it has settled a debt of $80,000 through the issuance of

800,000 common shares at a price of $0.10 per share. ATMY issued the shares for debt to

improve its financial position. All shares issued will have a 4 month and one-day hold period

from date of issue. ATMY has also issued 2,300,000 Restricted Share Units to Consultants of the

Company.

Bald Hill Antimony Project

Highlights from Past exploration

• Bald Hill is a well-known, high-grade antimony deposit in southern New Brunswick

• Past work including over 25 drill holes totaling 5400 meters has identified an antimony-

bearing stibnite deposit over 500m long

• Widths average over 3 meters and grades average 3% to 4% antimony.

• Historical NI-43-101 Technical Report: Potential quantity and grade of the drilled area,

which is the target of our exploration, is in the 725,000 to 1,000,000 tonne range

grading 4.11% to 5.32% Sb (~30,000 to 40,000 tonnes contained antimony)1

• Potential to expand based on additional known targets in parallel zones and extension of

the Main Zone

• Newly expanded property position.

The Bald Hill Property

The property is located approximately equal distance from Sussex, Fredericton and St John in

southern New Brunswick. Access is very good with provincial and regional highways crossing

and adjacent to the property allowing drilling to be completed year-round. A total of 25 drill

holes totaling over 5400 meters of core have been completed on the property and is available

for examination in the Sussex office of the New Brunswick Geological Survey.

The deposit includes at least three antimony-bearing zones consisting of breccias and

hydrothermal veins. The zones trend northwesterly. Mineralization has been defined over a 500-

meter strike length to a vertical depth of 200 meters by past drilling and is open in all directions

and to depth. High Grade antimony-bearing stibnite has been encountered in drilling including

the discovery Hole DDH08-03 which intersected a 4.51-meter zone at a grade of 11.7%

Antimony (Sb) including 2.29 meters grading 20.9% Sb.

In 2014 a possible extension of the Main Zone was discovered during trenching approximately

450 meters south of Main Zone. The sampling of the exposed mineralization gave results of

2.90% Sb over 8.18 meters, which included 5.79% Sb over 1.75 m meters and 8.47% Sb over

1.53 meters. Drilling in this area also encountered antimony mineralization which has not been

sufficiently explored.

The exploration plan in progress for 2025 is to complete at least 2,500 meters of diamond drilling

to explore the known mineralized Main Zone, extend the mineralization to the north and south

and down dip and expand parallel veins discovered in the past. It is hoped that the drilling will

allow us to calculate a NI 43-101 Maiden Resource by the end of the year. An historical NI 43-101

technical report, prepared by CRA in 20101, identified the potential for between 705,000 and

1,000,000 metric tonnes at an average grade between 4% and 5% antimony (Sb)1. - Antimony

Resources Corp. has not completed enough work to confirm this estimate. The potential

quantity and grade are conceptual in nature as there has been insufficient exploration to define

a mineral resource and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the target being

delineated as a mineral resource.
