Exploration Update

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 11, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vancouver, B.C.: Golden Age

Exploration Ltd. (the “Company”) reports that it is planning its summer exploration program w hich is a

continuation of its Phase I MMI ™ soil geochemical sampling program and rock sampling on the Company’s

Magic Property, a gold/silver prospect in central British Columbia. Specifically, the Company sampling

program is planned to include trenching to better examine the bedrock where the altered volcanics were

discovered, which would include two 200 metre trenches across the gold, silver and cadmium MMI ™ soil

anomaly to test for mineralization associated with the anomaly.

In order to conduct this summer exploration program, the Company requires a permit from the British

Columbia Ministry of Mines, with such application for the permit having been submitted in the fall of 2024.

Since then, the Company has been working through this process and expects to have this permit on or

before May 31, 2025.

By agreements dated February 3, 2025, two private companies, each controlled by a director of the

Company, agreed to defer payment of their outstanding monthly fees (management and consulting fees)

until on or after June 30, 2027. At February 28, 2025, these outstanding fees, including GST, total

$152,775. These deferrals are non-interest bearing and are unsecured.

About the Magic Property

The Magic Property is located 105 kilometres southeast of Artemis’ Blackwater gold-silver deposit and is

on the same linear feature that crosses that property and Artemis’ Capoose property, Canagold’s Windfall

Hills property and Sun Summit’s project furthe r to the northwest. Artemis Gold Inc. (TSX -V: ARTG) has

reported that its Blackwater deposit has commenced production in January 2025 and is expected to

produce between 160,000 and 200,000 ounces during the last 8 months of 2025, despite the operation

continuing to ramp up to full production. The target on the Magic Property is mineralization similar to the

Blackwater Property and Round Mountain mine in Nevada.
