Reports Results of Annual General Meeting
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA - (June 24th 2014) - Tajiri Resources Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: TAJ) At the annual meeting of the shareholders of Tajiri Resources Corp., held on June 23rd, 2014, in Vancouver, B.C., the shareholders of the corporation:
- Elected Graham Keevil, Paul Gray, Zachery Dingsdale, Mike Gillis and Bilal Bhamji to the board of directors until the next annual meeting;
- Appointed De Visser Gray LLP to be auditor of the corporation for the financial year ending April 30, 2013, and authorized the board of directors to fix the remuneration of the auditor;
- Approved the 10% rolling stock option plan more fully described in the information circular dated as of March 25, 2013 (available for viewing on SEDAR).
Subsequent to the annual and special meeting, the board of directors appointed the following people as officers of the corporation until the next general meeting:
- Mr. Keevil, president and chief executive officer;
- Bilal Bhamji, chief financial officer and corporate secretary.
