RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Vancouver, Canada - Tinka Resources Limited (the “Company”) (TSXV - TK; Frankfurt - TLD; Pinksheets -TKRFF). Mr. Andrew Carter, President & CEO, announces that at the Company’s Annual General Meeting of shareholders held on Friday, March 26, 2010, Messrs. Andrew Carter, David Henstridge, Nick DeMare and William Lee were re-elected as directors. In addition, all items put forth at the meeting were approved by the shareholders, including an ordinary resolution to ratify the stock option plan.
At a directors’ meeting held subsequent to the shareholders’ meeting, the directors appointed Andrew Carter as the President and Chief Executive Officer and Mariana Bermudez as Corporate Secretary.
